EPOCHage & interval calculator

A small instrument for measuring time

Every interval,
down to the second.

Pick two dates. EPOCH resolves the distance between them into years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes — and a seconds hand that never stops.

How EPOCH counts

  1. 01

    The common reckoning

Age advances on your birthday and not a day before. Someone who has lived three years and eleven months is three — until the calendar comes round again. EPOCH counts the way most of the world does.

  2. 02

    Whole months, then the remainder

Month lengths are uneven, so EPOCH fills complete calendar months first and reports the leftover days separately. Feb 28 to Mar 31 reads as one month and three days — the honest count, not an average.

  3. 03

    Leap days included

The day math walks the real calendar rather than a 30-day stand-in, so every February 29 along the way is counted exactly once. No rounding, no drift.
